Essential Functions & Responsibilities Manager, Field Services As a Manager, Field Services you will be responsible for overseeing the field services operations, including financial performance and compliance with governmental regulations and Company policies and procedures. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Manges the daily field services operations and ensures they are in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations Ensures field services operations follow all Company policies and procedures Monitors costs of field services operations which, in turn, dictate pricing and profitability Reviews and approves field services expenditures as it relates to projects, equipment and supplies Maintains responsibility for budgetary planning and the financial performance of field services operations, including the billing of projects Prepares and audits various mandatory reports relating to field services operations Ensures the proper and timely maintenance of all equipment and vehicles for the field services location Assists in the development of proposals and attends pre-bid meetings; assists with cost estimates and project planning Ensures the satisfaction of prospective and existing field services clients Oversees the scheduling of field services projects and ensures projects are billed in a timely fashion Interviews, hires, trains, evaluates, disciplines, and discharges employees within the field services function as needed Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education
  • Bachelor's degree (required) Experience 5+ years of experience in field services operations (required)
