Drive Performance. Build Teams. CNC Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Rental Division Manager to oversee our Rental Division operations, including Winch Trucks, Tanks, Wash Services, and Mixing Plant operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving financial performance, ensuring safety compliance, leading personnel, and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple service lines. What You'll Do Operations Leadership Manage daily operations across multiple rental service lines Coordinate personnel, equipment, and scheduling to ensure safe and efficient job execution Oversee equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, permits, and DOT compliance documentation Support operational excellence through process improvements and resource management Assist in workforce planning, staffing, and operational growth initiatives Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, operators, and field personnel Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work culture Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and rental service needs Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high-quality service delivery Visit job sites regularly to support crews and address operational needs Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer growth Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Monitor equipment inspections, certifications, and maintenance programs Promote a culture of safety and accountability throughout the division Financial Management Track labor, material, and job costs to maximize profitability Monitor equipment utilization and revenue performance Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and invoice approvals Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in oilfield services or equipment rental operations Proven experience leading field personnel and managing day-to-day operations Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience with Winch trucks, Tank operations, Wash systems, Mixing plant operations, Heavy equipment maintenance, Budgeting and cost control Knowledge & Skills Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations Experience managing equipment utilization and maintenance programs Ability to interpret work orders, job tickets, rental agreements, and compliance documents Cost tracking, budgeting, and operational planning experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Work Environment This role combines office and field responsibilities and requires regular visits to customer locations and job sites.
