2989938227-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sevita is seeking an Operations Management Area Director to lead multi-site programs delivering home and community-based health and social services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance for your assigned area, ensuring person-centered, high-quality care. You'll manage and develop program leaders, drive process improvements, and use data to monitor outcomes and implement best practices. Partnering closely with clinical teams, families, and community partners, you will foster a culture of empathy, inclusion, and accountability. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations for multiple home and community-based care programs in assigned area Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that meet regulatory and accreditation standards Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across sites Hire, train, coach, and evaluate program managers and frontline staff Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements Partner with clinical and support teams to ensure safety and risk management Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources Lead change initiatives and support implementation of organizational priorities Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures Report operational results and improvement plans to senior leadership Required Skills Operations management Budgeting and financial management Multi-site leadership Regulatory compliance in healthcare or human services Performance management and staff development Data analysis and KPI tracking Process improvement Risk and quality management Stakeholder and community relationship management Change management
