Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Operations Manager position include: 5+ years of leadership experience managing a large team in production or manufacturing Oversee the end-to-end production process for custom fire apparatus Provide operational leadership across 10 manufacturing departments and approximately 90-95 employees Maintain employee accountability, discipline, motivation, and focus to keep production flow on track Monitor production schedules and anticipate bottlenecks or capacity constraints 5-7 months in advance Collaborate with engineering and sales to resolve production questions and confirm customer specifications Develop solutions that improve performance while supporting employee retention Report directly to the company owner and contribute to the vision for manufacturing operations

Salary:

$130,000-$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
