Sazerac Company seeks a Sazerac House Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences at its immersive New Orleans brand home. In this customer-facing role, you'll lead engaging tours, tastings, and storytelling that bring our spirits portfolio and heritage to life. Ambassadors educate visitors on production, history, and responsible consumption while driving retail and event sales. You'll support daily operations, maintain pristine, compliant spaces, handle POS transactions, and provide feedback to enhance programming. Ideal candidates excel in hospitality, communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Lead engaging tours and guided tastings that showcase Sazerac's history, brands, and production processes. Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, resolving questions and issues promptly. Operate POS systems accurately for ticketing, tastings, and retail purchases. Promote and upsell products, tastings, and events to meet sales goals. Support retail floor operations, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks. Ensure all guest areas and tasting spaces are clean, safe, and compliant with alcohol regulations. Educate guests on responsible alcohol consumption and product knowledge. Assist with special events, private groups, and VIP experiences as needed. Collect guest feedback and share insights to improve tours and programming. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support a continuous-improvement, performance-driven culture.
