We are a high-performing, patient-centric dental practice seeking a Director of Operations who can ensure we maintain our momentum and deliver an exceptional patient experience every day. This is more than just a front-desk or office-manager role; it's a senior leadership position crafted for a driven, detail-oriented professional passionate about optimizing systems, developing talent, and managing operations with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive daily operations for a multi-million-dollar dental practice.
- Collaborate with ownership to formulate and implement strategic business growth initiatives.
- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and accountability frameworks.
- Innovate and enhance workflows across scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, and communication.
- Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and monitor results.
- Foster a high-performance culture through transparent communication and measurable goals.
- Mentor department leads, promoting seamless cross-team collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented and systems-driven, you excel in maintaining structure and consistency.
- You remain calm, organized, and focused in a dynamic environment.

- You are confident in working closely with ownership to execute overall business vision.
- Minimum of 3 years in dental operations management, dental business administration, or a DSO management role
- Proficient with technology, scheduling systems, and metrics that drive business performance.
- A natural problem solver who is dedicated to enhancing systems and facilitating team collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000, based on experience.
