Role Description The General Manager / Multi Site Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple Moki locations. This role manages site performance, supervises staff scheduling and development, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality wellness experiences aligned with Moki's standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also includes tracking key metrics, implementing process improvements, coordinating local marketing or community initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance requirements. The General Manager / Multi Site Operations Lead partners with leadership to support growth, maintain brand consistency, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Your job is to run Boston exceptionally well. Qualifications Operations and leadership skills, including multi-site management, staff supervision, and performance oversight. Customer service and hospitality experience, with a strong focus on guest experience, conflict resolution, and relationship-building.
