Weekend availability required About the Position Timothy Hill Ranch is seeking a dependable, welcoming, and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to support the daily operations of our retreat center in Huntington, Massachusetts. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The Hospitality Coordinator will oversee housekeeping efforts, assist with food service, coordinate guest arrivals, respond to guest needs, and work closely with the Site Director and other team members to ensure the retreat center runs smoothly. What You'll Do Oversee and direct housekeeping staff in the cleaning of the lodge, suites, cabins, and grounds. Help ensure the main lodge, Hillside, Lakeside, Beachside, and Northside cabins are clean and ready for guests. Serve as the primary point of contact for in-house guests. Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Respond to guest concerns and help ensure issues are resolved. Coordinate the welcome of arriving groups and assist with tours of the grounds. Work with staff to prepare suites, dining areas, and meeting spaces according to each group's needs. Assist with food service when guests are in-house. Identify housekeeping and maintenance needs and communicate them to the appropriate teams. Monitor voicemail and answer incoming phone calls. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, bank deposits, and mail delivery. Support other retreat center needs as they arise. What We're Looking For Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, guest services, lodging, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead, coordinate, and support staff. A friendly, professional, and solution-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to respond to changing guest and retreat center needs.
