Service Supervisor - Pest Control (Waltham Branch) Start a Career - Not Just a Job Looking for a leadership role where you can make an impact while staying hands-on? Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead and support our field team. Based out of our Waltham office, responsible for parts of Boston, as far north as Newburyport and as far west as Framingham. (Company vehicle provided) This role combines leadership, operations, and field support — ideal for someone with pest control experience who enjoys coaching others and solving problems in real time. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support Service Professionals in the field Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and feedback Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service coverage Troubleshoot operational issues and support your team as needed Perform inspections and treatments when necessary Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and quality checks Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Pest control experience required 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Licenses:
Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)
Screening Requirements:
Background check Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC)
What You Get Compensation & Benefits Salary:
