We're a vacation rental management company caring for condos in the Ludlow and Okemo area. We're looking for a dependable local person to help us look after properties, respond to issues, and coordinate work on the ground. This is a part-time opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income, with the potential to take on more responsibility as the company grows. What you'll do:

• Visit condos after checkout, check their condition, and document issues with photos.
• Respond to guest issues during agreed coverage hours and visit properties when needed.
• Coordinate repairs with local service providers and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Work with condo associations on access, parking, building rules, and maintenance matters.
• Keep the team updated with clear, timely notes.

You'll work alongside an existing cleaning and service team. You're a good fit if you know the Ludlow/Okemo area, communicate well, and are comfortable working independently. Experience in hospitality, property care, or building operations is helpful. You'll need reliable transportation, a smartphone, and some weekend and holiday availability during ski season. Hours, pay, and emergency coverage will be agreed in advance.
