We have an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of the overall scheduling of the school's facilities, including outside rentals, serving as a liaison to the Building Committee, and maintaining facility records. The Director also coordinates the oversight of all outside contractors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and budgetary restrictions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate has experience in operations management in an education setting, strong leadership and team management skills, and is detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
