Part-Time Hospitality Associate - Salem & Gloucester, MA $20/hour Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM •Additional Hours Available We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and guest-focused Part-Time Hospitality Associate to support the daily operations of our boutique hospitality properties on the North Shore. This position is primarily based in Salem, MA, with occasional travel to Gloucester, MA as needed. The regular schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours covering PTO, assisting with special events and property buyouts.
What You'll Do:
Help oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience Coordinate with Concierge, housekeeping, and management Monitor arrivals, departures, room readiness, and daily priorities Assist with guest requests, add-on packages, amenities, and special occasions Ensure housekeeping is on track and rooms and common areas meet property standards Receive packages, deliveries, vendors, and service providers Identify and communicate maintenance or operational issues Assist with special events, buyouts, and high-occupancy periods Provide hands-on support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Hospitality, customer service, or operations experience preferred Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor Comfortable in a hands-on role where priorities can change throughout the day General to intermediate proficiency with technology, mobile apps, and web-based systems Ability to quickly learn hospitality and operational software Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between
Salem and Gloucester Schedule & Compensation Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Regular Schedule:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM-6:00
PM Hours:
Approximately 18 hours per week, with additional hours available
