Identify, plan and implement process and technology improvements that enhance efficiency, improve ways of working and increase support provided to pubs. Lead the planning and delivery of annual incentive trips, managing senior stakeholder engagement, logistics, delegate experience and safety. Coordinate and support Operations conferences, leadership meetings and key business events, attending where required. Research, develop and implement initiatives that build capability across the wider administration community, focusing on systems, processes and people development. Partner with administration teams across the business to drive consistent ways of working and successfully embed improvement initiatives. Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of agreed processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support centre functions to deliver efficient and collaborative support across the business.
