• Seasonal, Full-time Overview Looking for a supervisor to manage the outside golf operations teams in the afternoons. This individual will strive to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests while anticipating their needs. Duties
• Assist the Director of Outside Operations in supervising the following areas: Bag Room, Driving Range, Cart Barn, Bag Room, Staging Area, and Shuttle Service.
• Aid in running the first tee and tracking an accurate tee sheet.
• Engage with members
• Assist in training, operating and organizing the caddie program.
• Runs outside operations in afternoons and ensure level of service and standards are maintained.
• Works with Director of Outside Operations in training new hires.
• Provide solutions to operation problems
• Work with course ambassadors to solve any on course pace of play issues.
• Enforce all club policies and rules.
• Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications
• Knowledge of golf operations highly encouraged
• Outgoing personality to engage with members
• Commitment to providing outstanding service
• Leadership qualities to direct staff of about 20 people.

Compensation to include:

• Clothing allowance
• Meals on duty
• Playing and practice privileges
