Monitor office supplies and operational needs while ensuring purchases receive proper approval. Help establish and maintain written procedures, tracking systems, and performance standards. Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions to the owner. Provide the owner with regular updates regarding finances, outstanding tasks, employee performance, and urgent concerns. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customers, employees, finances, and business operations. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by ownership. Required Qualifications Previous experience in business management, office management, bookkeeping, financial administration, or a similar leadership position. All written communication must be clear and grammatically correct. This position requires consistent follow-through. Problems, missed deadlines, financial concerns, employee issues, and incomplete tasks must be reported promptly to ownership and may not be ignored or allowed to remain unresolved.
