Full-Time About Rockstar Prep 4 Kids Rockstar Prep 4 Kids is a growing early childhood education organization serving children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old across multiple locations in Prince George's County, Maryland. We are seeking a highly organized, systems-driven Operations Director to help us build the infrastructure necessary for continued growth and operational excellence. This is not a traditional childcare director position. We are looking for an operational leader who can build systems, improve efficiency, develop leaders, strengthen staffing, and help create a scalable organization that runs with structure and consistency. Position Overview The Operations Director is responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining the operational systems that drive efficiency, structure, and growth across all Rockstar Prep 4 Kids locations. This role is focused on organizational leadership, staffing systems, operational excellence, process improvement, and leadership development—not daily classroom management. The Operations Director will work closely with ownership and center leadership to create a highly organized, fully staffed, and efficiently operated organization.
