Job Description

Director of Operations About the Role We are seeking a high-level Director of Operations to oversee and scale multi-location mitigation operations across multiple markets. This individual will oversee operations across five locations in four states while partnering closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, operational consistency, process improvement, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader within the restoration industry who understands mitigation operations inside and out, can mentor managers effectively, identify operational gaps before they become problems, and help build infrastructure for future growth. This is not a hands-on production role. We are seeking a strategic leader, coach, and operator capable of driving accountability and improving performance across multiple branches. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple regional offices Lead and mentor a team of location managers Drive operational consistency, efficiency, accountability, and profitability Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements Assist in launching and scaling an in-house reconstruction division Develop relationships with subcontractors and construction partners Help establish long-term operational infrastructure for future growth Analyze KPIs, workflows, staffing, and branch performance Travel regularly to branch locations throughout

Collaborate with ownership/executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives Qualifications Restoration industry experience required Multi-location operational leadership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of mitigation workflows and insurance restoration operations Experience scaling teams, processes, and operations Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities High-level problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining strong culture Construction/reconstruction operations experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus/incentive structure Vehicle allowance/company vehicle Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Long-term growth opportunity with expanding organization Vacation/Sick - 15 Days per Calendar year Holidays - 10 per year as per Owner's discretion Company Vehicle and Gas card
