Position Summary

This position is for EPES Transport, LLC.
, a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The primary purpose of the Dedicated Operations Supervisor role is manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that Safety, Customer, and Driver Goals are met or exceeded. Driving profitability through contractpliance, expense mitigation, and business growth.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, Onsite, 6:00AM-4:00PM
Pay Range:
$58,000

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and scle customer shipments to align with service requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inpliance withpany standards.
- Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; collaborate with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns, escalating issues as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Partner with PTL to ensure all equipment receives timely preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.
- Implement and overseepany safety programs, including Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, and driver coaching initiatives.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Two years of relevant Transportation Operation Experience required, in a fast-paced environment. Operational Experience may be waived if applicable internal experience (ex: Admin).
- HS Diploma / GED required
- Intermediateputer skills
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Intermediate Dispatch
- Intermediate geography
- Basic Finance understanding
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required scle, work at the specific location required,plete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment,cation, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
