We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and can independently manage, optimize, and grow business operations without constant oversight. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all daily business operations independently Lead, hire, and develop a strong, reliable team of employees Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and high-quality service delivery Implement and improve operational systems and processes Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational logistics Collaborate with ownership to align operations with business goals ⸻

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business management (required) Background in shop repair, automotive, diesel, or service-based industry (strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and retain effective employees Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills ⸻
