The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment operation and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment operation and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight / Team Management- Supervise pick-and-pack operations in a FREEZER, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.
- Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.
- Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.2. Reporting and Communication
- Use a combination of Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively using tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.3. Compliance and Quality Control
- Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Enforce adnce to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate pallet jack and PIT equipment to move pallets of product
- Processes to focus on and implement:
- Pick and Pack SOP's
- Inventory Counting
- Scheduling / Labor Utilization Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.Environment:
Ability to work in a cold production environment.Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.- Attention to
