The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment operation and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight / Team Management

• Supervise pick-and-pack operations in a FREEZER, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.
• Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.2. Reporting and Communication
• Use a combination of Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively using tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.3. Compliance and Quality Control
• Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
• Enforce adnce to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate pallet jack and PIT equipment to move pallets of product
• Processes to focus on and implement:
• Pick and Pack SOP's
• Inventory Counting
• Scheduling / Labor Utilization Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.

Technology Skills:

Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.

Environment:

Ability to work in a cold production environment.

Leadership Skills:

Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
