Job Description

Environmental Field Foreman Field ForemanThe Field Foreman is a hands-on leadership position responsible for actively participating in field operations while directing and coordinating crew members. This person will work alongside field personnel performing excavation, piping installation, equipment setting, concrete placement, mechanical assembly, and related construction activities while maintaining responsibility for site safety, quality, and production.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform field construction activities including excavation, trenching, piping, equipment installation, demolition, concrete work, and mechanical systems installation
  • Supervise and mentor field crews and subcontractors while ensuring productivity, quality workmanship, and adnce to project schedules
  • Interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical plans, and coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors to execute project requirements
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conduct safety meetings and JHAs, maintain project documentation, manage site logistics and materials, and communicate field changes or potential cost impactsJob Requirements
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of field experience working with petroleum equipment systems
  • Tank piping systems, tank monitoring, and fuel management experience
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
  • Ability to travel locally
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with Underground/Aboveground Storage Tank System (UST/AST) Installation/Removal/Upgrade
  • 40-hour OSHA certification is preferred
