POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting Living Innovations' mission, vision, and values within the context of policies and standards established for and by Living Innovations. This is a senior management role within state services responsible for organizational and operational outcomes for ensuring ongoing compliance with Living Innovations' organizational standards and practices. Responsible for providing leadership, supervision, professional development and growth opportunities to staff supervised. Responsible for the cultural alignment in the assigned areas of responsibility and ensuring quality services are developed and provided to support Living Innovations' individuals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION

High school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor's degree in human services and five years of experience in related position in social services or healthcare setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 -10 years of progressive supervisory experience. Valid state issued driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
