Service Operations Manager About the role We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our U.S. service organization based in Adrian, Michigan , consisting of a team of eight employees. In this role, you will manage daily service operations, office administration, team development, and customer support while driving continuous improvement and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Service Operations Leadership
  • Oversee daily service and office operations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, technical, and customer issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, responsiveness and customer focus. Team Management & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and administrative staff. Office and Facility Management
  • Oversee office administration, facilities, equipment, and procurement activities. Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Qualifications 5+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in service, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technical environments, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams. Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, industrial software and related technologies. Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Experience working in a small business or affiliate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Fluent English, both written and verbal. Why Join Us?
