Job Description

Summary The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, systems, and operational infrastructure that allow the Bouma Group to scale. This role will oversee all administrative operations, team performance systems, and sales support infrastructure , ensuring that the team operates efficiently while supporting our growth goal of doubling production. The ideal candidate has experience scaling a sales organization, building systems, and managing high-performance teams . This role reports directly to the Founder and Team Leader . Compensation will be competitive and based on experience , Responsibilities Maintain company status reports and tracking Build scalable systems that allow the team to grow from $85M to $170M+ in production Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions. Implement operational strategies that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement. Ensure operational excellence across listing management, transaction coordination, marketing, and client services Build a culture of high accountability and continuous improvement Create and maintains the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team. Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns. Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
