Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead our service-oriented team with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape operational excellence while supporting team development and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Manage housekeeping + breakfast inventory, fill out weekly order guide based on current inventory to maintain optimal stock levels Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs based on Hilton requirements, and performance management to build a motivated team Help accurately code invoices to submit to accounting on a weekly basis Supervise shift management, customer service standards, cashiering procedures, and overall hotel management to meet business goals Qualifications Proven management experience in hotel or similar customer-focused environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS system, we use PEP, experience managing a cash drawer Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, problem-solving, and fostering a positive work culture A positive attitude and willingness to help others Join us if you thrive in energetic environments where your leadership can make a tangible impact! Pay:
$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
