Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Manage housekeeping + breakfast inventory, fill out weekly order guide based on current inventory to maintain optimal stock levels Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs based on Hilton requirements, and performance management to build a motivated team Help accurately code invoices to submit to accounting on a weekly basis Supervise shift management, customer service standards, cashiering procedures, and overall hotel management to meet business goals Qualifications Proven management experience in hotel or similar customer-focused environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS system, we use PEP, experience managing a cash drawer Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, problem-solving, and fostering a positive work culture A positive attitude and willingness to help others Join us if you thrive in energetic environments where your leadership can make a tangible impact! Pay:

$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
