About the
Role:
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations within our manufacturing and warehouse facilities across the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. They will also be instrumental in implementing cost control measures and streamlining processes to support the companys strategic objectives. Ultimately, the Operations Manager will ensure that all operational activities align with business goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Proven track record of managing teams and improving employee performance.

Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Experience with cost control and reduction strategies in an operational setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

Previous experience managing multi-site operations.

Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operations of manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Develop and monitor employee performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity and engagement.

Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with OSHA regulations.

Oversee inventory management, production scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements, leading initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments including supply chain, quality assurance, and finance to align operational activities with business objectives.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, safety compliance, and cost management to senior leadership.
