We are building a versatile team that takes pride in great service, professionalism, and creating memorable guest experiences. We are currently hiring team members for multiple event hospitality roles, including: Event Servers, Licensed Bartenders, Barbacks, Hosts/Guest Service, Attendants, Service Support Attendants, Set up/ Breakdown Staff, Banquet Captains/ Event Leads.
  • Team members may be scheduled for different roles depending on their experience, training, event needs, and performance. We encourage applicants who are willing and able to learn and support multiple areas of event service.
  • Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on position, experience, training, assigned responsibilities, event type, and client requirements. Specific pay details will be discussed during the interview and onboarding process.
What You'll Do:
Deliver friendly, attentive, high-quality and corporate events. Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces Serve food and beverages professionally Support guests, event leads, and venue staff Assist in multiple hospitality functions as needed Keep service area clean, organized, and presentable Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to represent Bellavera with professionalism
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional appearance and great grooming Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Willingness to perform multiple event hospitality duties Hospitality, banquet, restaurant, catering, or event experience is strongly preferred
