Join Clean Team as a Full-Time Area Manager! Take the lead in shaping exceptional facility services across Davison, Flint, Grand Blanc, Flint, and Lapeer, MI . This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment while working closely with a dedicated team. Your Day-to-Day Impact As our new Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership:
Direct, train, and motivate cleaning staff across your assigned territory.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain top-tier service standards.
Client Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
Operations Management:
Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and supply distribution efficiently. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in supervisory or management roles (janitorial or facilities experience is a plus). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between local sites. An energetic, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to integrity and empathy.
