Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor at Kellanova, you will play a key leadership role overseeing overnight manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise hourly employees and ensure production and logistics plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in an independent environment and enjoys making real‑time decisions. Your leadership will directly support plant performance and operational continuity. This is a 2nd shift position (2:15 PM

  • 11:00 PM) based at our Grand Rapids, Michigan plant, with regular weekend work required. During overnight hours, you will serve as one of the primary on‑site leaders, supporting production, warehouse, safety, and site security functions. We value your insights and will rely on you to lead through operators and other hourly team members. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Overnight Shift Leadership
  •  Lead all activities on 3rd shift, ensuring production and warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
    Employee & Plant Support
  •  Supervise, coach, and support hourly employees while fostering accountability, teamwork, and consistent execution during overnight operations.
    Continuous Improvement & Compliance
  •  Participate in the development and execution of plans and policies that ensure compliance across safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    Safety & Food Safety Leadership
  •  Champion people safety and food safety by modeling Kellanova values and reinforcing safe work practices on every shift.
    Operational Flexibility
  •  Adapt to changing priorities, staffing needs, and production challenges common to overnight manufacturing environments.

We're Looking for Someone With High School Diploma or GED with substantial, proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations

Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs and processes in a manufacturing environment

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands while maintaining execution and accountability on overnight shifts

Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Availability to work 3rd shift (overnight) with regular weekend coverage Compensation The annual salary range is $76,200

  • $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.

Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
