• 12:00am This position will be responsible for the management of a new shuttle operation for Load One.

The chosen candidate will have assist with the entire program which includes customer facing meetings, reporting and planning, along with the key contact point for 15 shuttle drivers and 1 afternoon support person. The operation will run 24 hours per day, 6 days per week and additional days as customer requests, which could include holidays. Chosen candidate will be domiciled at a customer location in Livonia, MI and share time between 2 different customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onsite Management of a critical shuttle operations that runs 24 hours/6 days
• Assisting with the scheduling of 15 hourly drivers
• Building and managing all key reports and metrics
• Presentation of reports and metrics to both management and customer
• Responsible for all problem resolution pertaining to this program
• Look for continuous improvement initiatives for both Load One and the customer
• Other duties as assigned by management
