Garage Door Pros is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our growing home-service operation. This is a senior leadership position for a proven operator who understands how to manage people, improve performance, and consistently achieve company KPIs.

Compensation:

$125,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Oversee technicians, sales, customer service, dispatch, and office operations Establish, monitor, and consistently achieve company KPIs Improve revenue, profitability, booking rates, average tickets, close rates, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction Recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable Use ServiceTitan reports and dashboards to improve performance Conduct leadership, sales, and operational meetings Build efficient processes that support continued growth Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer service Work directly with ownership on strategy and expansion

Requirements:

Previous management experience in the home-service industry is required Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan Proven record of achieving KPIs and improving company performance Experience managing technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, salespeople, and managers Strong leadership, sales, financial, and operational abilities Ability to understand labor costs, margins, budgets, and profitability Highly organized, accountable, decisive, and results-driven References and verifiable performance history required Ideal backgrounds include garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, or another technician-based home-service company. This is not an entry-level management position. We need an experienced leader who can take ownership, strengthen our culture, develop the team, and deliver measurable results.
