Restaurant, hospitality, hotel, customer service, sales, or management experience is highly transferable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Positive attitude and professional communication style Competitive and motivated by achievement A college degree is preferred, but relevant hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience will be considered.
