Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a 3rd Shift Night Audit, where you will be the cornerstone of overnight operations, ensuring seamless financial reconciliation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. As a Night Audit specialist, you will oversee nightly financial and administrative tasks, uphold hotel standards, and provide outstanding guest relations during the quiet hours of the night shift. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservation modifications, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly by applying excellent customer service skills and problem-solving techniques. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety for guests and staff. Communicate effectively with guests via phone or in person using proper phone etiquette and hospitality standards to enhance their stay experience. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth overnight operations and uphold hotel standards of excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts; prior night audit experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS). Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and hotel emergency procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality in a luxury environment is advantageous.
