Job Description
Job Summary The Operations Manager assists the General Manager in leading the hotel's daily operations. This position ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains operational efficiency, supervises department managers and team members, and helps achieve financial and quality goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast/Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and responding to guest feedback promptly. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise hotel staff. Schedule team members and monitor labor costs. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct room inspections and maintain cleanliness and service quality. Monitor hotel performance, occupancy, revenue, and operating expenses. Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing. Support reputation management by improving guest review scores. Work closely with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals. Serve as Manager-on-Duty and respond to emergencies when required.
