Internal Title:
Business Quest Orchestrator This person is a high-drive, emerging leader who will oversee the foundational administrative engine of our organization. This is not a passive monitoring role; you will actively shape our workplace culture, financial health, and team efficiency. You will directly manage a tight-knit team of 2-4 people, serving as the bridge between day-to-day operations and strategic growth. This role is a strong fit for an emerging leader with approximately 3-5 years of professional experience who has demonstrated unusual initiative, maturity, work ethic, and the ability to take ownership beyond their job description. Team Leadership:
You guide, mentor, and evaluate a small administrative team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Financial Administration:
You oversee essential accounting functions, coordinate with our CPA, manage billing/invoicing, and monitor budgets.
Optimize Team Member Growth & Organizational Flow:
You oversee and integrate internal performance measurement systems.
Process Optimization:
You evaluate current administrative workflows and implement tools to increase efficiency.
Facilities & Space:
You oversee the physical office environment, vendor contracts, lease management, and hybrid work logistics. Hours and Location This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule The work location will be hybrid: minimum onsite requirement of 3 days in our Plymouth, MI headquarters Candidates applying from out of state will not be considered for this role Travel is expected to be 10-20%
Qualifications & Traits Experience:
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in business operations, administration, business management, or related field.
Emerging Leadership:
You have experience leading projects, initiatives, committees, processes, or people—and you are ready to take on broader responsibility.
Ownership:
You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify what needs attention, create an action plan, and see it through.
Problem Solving:
You are comfortable walking into an unfamiliar problem, asking questions, figuring out how things work, and developing a practical solution.

You have exceptional determination, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities while pursuing their goals.

Skills:
You have a solid foundation in budgeting, accounting, financial administration, or business operations and are comfortable working with numbers, and familiarity with HR compliance.

You enjoy variety and can move comfortably between financial administration, team engagement, facilities, vendors, process improvement, and whatever else the business needs that day.
