Early Childhood Education Operations Manager The ECE Architects is seeking motivated early childhood professionals interested in advancing into program operations, administration, and leadership roles within early childhood education. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to expand beyond the classroom and develop competencies in the operational systems required to lead high-quality early childhood programs. Participants will gain hands-on experience in program administration, staff leadership, compliance, family engagement, financial operations, workforce development, and organizational management.
