Job Description

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will oversee up to 4 Independent and Assisted Living communities in Southeast Michigan. This position will lead their communities in all areas of operations, including financial management, resident and associate satisfaction, regulatory requirements, hiring and staffing of community management team, census management, and achieving monthly and annual budget goals. The RDO will be responsible for building and leading a high performing team of Executive Directors who consistently exceed company expectations. This position requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a large variety of audiences, both internally and externally. Strategic thinking in areas such as sales and marketing, performance management, and a high degree of professionalism are all key components of the position. Skills Ability to work flexible hours and days, as well as respond to urgent issues as they arise after hours Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and demands of the job
