Job Description

Freeborn County Site Coordinator Are you a self-starter? Are you someone who likes making a difference in children's lives in a high-quality preschool program that focuses on parent and child development?? Then Families First of Minnesota is the place for you! We are looking for a Site Coordinator in our Albert Lea Site. Families First of Minnesota has 1 full-time, full-year Site Coordinator position available in its Head Start Program in Albert Lea, MN. This position oversees and supervises staff assigned to a specific Head Start center in compliance with program and agency policies and procedures and in compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards, MN Rule 3, and State of Minnesota CACFP regulations and requirements. This exempt position is scheduled 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M. Compensation for this position of $62,500/year. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability and 403(b) Retirement Savings, in addition to paid vacation, sick leave, holidays and personal time. Our Site Coordinator position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) in Education or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience is required and experience working with diverse and low-income populations, as well as knowledge of resources available to them.
