Commercial Cleaning Manager - Titanium Cleaning The Commercial Cleaning Manager leads day-to-day operations of the commercial cleaning department. This position leads Titanium Cleaning's commercial cleaning operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient staffing and budgeting, and the strategic growth of the cleaning portfolio. Professional Description The Manager of Titanium Cleaning is responsible for overseeing all commercial cleaning operations across Titanium-managed properties, tenant spaces, and third-party client accounts. This role provides leadership for daily cleaning operations, staffing, quality control, safety practices, and cost management while ensuring consistent and professional service delivery across all accounts.

Reporting directly to the Director of Hospitality & Property Management, the Manager leads all cleaning personnel and is accountable for operational execution as well as the growth of Titanium's commercial cleaning services. In addition to managing existing accounts, this role actively pursues new business opportunities, expands services within current buildings and tenant spaces, and builds external client relationships to grow Titanium Cleaning as a scalable service line. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day commercial cleaning operations across all properties and client accounts. Lead, train, schedule, and manage cleaning staff, supervisors, and subcontracted labor. Ensure consistent quality control, inspections, safety standards, and client satisfaction. Manage labor efficiency, supply costs, equipment use, and job profitability. Provide input on pricing, proposals, and service scopes for cleaning contracts. Actively pursue sales, outreach, and referral opportunities to grow the cleaning portfolio. Maintain strong communication with property teams, tenants, and external clients. Reporting Structure This position reports to the Director of Hospitality and Property Management.

The Commercial Cleaning Manager as the leader of the cleaning department and is responsible for executing daily operations.

The Manager provides day-to-day direction to cleaning employees and works within the policies, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, and departmental expectations established by company management. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience required. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices. Demonstrated ability to recognize cleaning deficiencies and maintain consistent quality standards. Ability to lead employees respectfully while holding them accountable for assigned responsibilities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependable and capable of working independently across multiple properties. Ability to respond appropriately to changing priorities and staffing needs. Ability to use email, text messaging, work-order systems, scheduling applications, or other company technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between properties. Physical Requirements T his position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement. The employee must be capable of performing normal commercial cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, handling supplies and equipment, and moving cleaning carts. The position requires regular travel throughout assigned properties and may require travel between multiple commercial locations. Schedule The Commercial Cleaning Manager's schedule is based on operational needs and may include daytime, evening, early-morning, weekend, or occasional emergency coverage. Schedule flexibility is required to conduct inspections, support employees, provide training, address staffing shortages, and respond to cleaning concerns. Performance Expectations Success in this position is measured by consistent cleaning quality across assigned properties, timely identification and correction of deficiencies, reliable support of cleaning staff, effective communication with tenants and company management, appropriate staffing coverage, organized and properly stocked cleaning areas, adherence to safety and security procedures, and the Manager's ability to resolve operational issues. Pay Rate Based on experience.
