What You'll Do as a

Shop Operations Manager:

Building and managing the shop scheduleAssigning technicians and setting daily prioritiesKeeping jobs moving through the shop without unnecessary delaysSupporting technicians when they hit roadblocksCoordinating with parts, inventory, engineering, fabrication, and administrationMaking sure jobs are properly documentedWatching labor hours, job progress, and schedule commitmentsCommunicating job status and timeline updatesMaking operational decisions throughout the dayHolding quality standards before work leaves the shopManaging rework, warranty issues, and customer concerns after the saleHelping improve shop flow, accountability, safety, and efficiencyCustomer interfacing for fly-in service work, job updates, and problem solving What You Need to Bring to the

Shop Operations Manager Role:
