$30.00 to $34.00 per Hour depending on experience Full Benefits Package We are seeking an Assistant Mitigation Production Manager to help and assist the Production Manager lead the daily operations of our mitigation division. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving project execution, developing field teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in water damage mitigation, structural drying, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities Oversee mitigation projects from initial emergency response through final completion Ensure jobs stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with industry standards Lead, train, and mentor field technicians to maintain safety, efficiency, and high performance Ensure proper moisture mapping, documentation, and use of drying equipment in accordance with IICRC standards Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to maintain clear communication and seamless project flow Monitor job progress, resolve field challenges, and implement operational improvements Manage fleet, equipment, and inventory to maximize productivity and cost control Track KPIs and generate performance reports to evaluate operational success Improve procedures to enhance response time, service quality, and overall efficiency Qualifications Proven experience managing mitigation operations in the restoration industry Strong background in water mitigation and structural drying IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred Experience with job documentation software (Xactimate or similar platforms) Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This is a leadership role for someone ready to eventually move up the ladder and take ownership of a mitigation division and elevate performance, service standards, and team culture.
