The Person Who Keeps Chelsea Organized Chelsea Erickson loves selling real estate. She loves meeting people, talking with clients, marketing homes, networking in the community and being out in the field. What she doesn't love? Sitting behind a desk managing emails, paperwork, systems, deadlines and the 147 little details that somehow appear every day. That's where you come in. Chelsea Erickson Real Estate Group is looking for a Director of Operations who can keep the office organized, the systems running, the details handled and, occasionally, Chelsea pointed in the right direction. You might be our person if you: Are extremely organized and naturally notice what needs to be done Love checklists, systems, deadlines and details Can manage emails, phone calls, paperwork and day-to-day office operations Think two steps ahead and don't wait to be told everything Stay calm when someone says, "I need this in five minutes!" Enjoy being the behind-the-scenes person who makes everyone else look organized Have real estate experience or understand the organized chaos of a busy sales office Chelsea's job is to be out front serving clients, building relationships and growing the business. Your job is to make sure she can do that without wondering what she forgot. If you're looking for a traditional sit-at-your-desk-and-wait-for-instructions position, this probably isn't it. But if you love creating order, solving problems, keeping people on track and being an important part of a growing local business, we'd really like to meet you. Forest Lake, MN Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
