An Ideal Car Wash Site Manager will possess: A great attitude with a high level of motivation and drive. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for growing our business. Energetic and able to work in different environments. Car Wash experience. A willingness to learn and adapt with a commitment to growth and development. Good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Repairing equipment, routine maintenance, and regular facility cleaning. Responsibilities of the
Car Wash Site Manager Include:
Continually training our staff as prescribed in our standard operating procedures. Effectively delegate assignments to staff to meet our established standards. Provide constructive feedback to encourage progress and competency. Maintain labor budgets and schedule staff as business dictates. Continually improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service and ensure our facility is clean. Train staff to safely process vehicles. Ensure all team members are punctual, wearing uniforms and are presentable. Learn all job positions within the business and are knowledgeable about our services and products. Perform administrative duties such as customer database maintenance, payroll processing, and other related duties. Develop a maintenance plan to properly maintain equipment and our facility.
