Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Oakdale, MN. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the daily operations of our transportation and fleet functions, including driver management, dispatch coordination, DOT compliance, fleet readiness, and customer service. The Operations Supervisor works closely with the Terminal Manager to keep day-to-day operations running safely and efficiently while leading and developing the team.   • Vested Immediately Cell phone carrier discount program Annual tuition reimbursement Explore even more benefits and perks at the end of this posting, including a link to our full Benefits Guide Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support drivers and other assigned team members Coordinate daily driver scheduling, staffing, and time and attendance approvals Manage day-to-day fleet and driver issues to ensure timely, reliable deliveries Support dispatch and routing activities across LTL, FTL, and tank/fleet operations Oversee driver hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development Monitor DOT compliance and driver qualification requirements Coordinate preventive maintenance and fleet repairs with the Regional Fleet Manager Help ensure company vehicles and equipment remain safe, compliant, and ready for operation Coordinate the safe delivery of fuel tanks, accessories, and other company assets to customer locations Support service and repair coordination for customer equipment Monitor operational performance and help identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and customer service Address performance issues promptly and provide clear expectations, coaching, and follow-up Promote a safe, clean, and accountable work environment Support the Terminal Manager with operational goals, planning, and P&L performance Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsement (X) a plus Knowledge & Experience Minimum Three (3) years of prior experience in freight or logistics, required Intermediate to expert Excel proficiency One (1)•Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience managing commercial drivers Petroleum or fuel industry experience a plus Dispatch experience preferred Work Environment 45+hour on-site work week and weekend on-call duties twice per month Sitting for extended periods of time Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals Ability to travel for business, less than 25% Additional Benefits and Perks Extra Protection•Optional accident, hospital care, critical illness, and legal
