Thatcher Pools is a premier pool and spa retailer. We strive to bring the highest quality service and products to each and every one of our customers. Job Duties:
Dealing with customer complaints and issues or directing them to appropriate department Manager as related Develop and execute long-term operational plans aligned with the company vision and seasonal business cycles. Creating agenda and running store meetings Oversee purchasing decisions and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. Follow up with office and sales teams to ensure they are on track with their duties Work with employees and department leads to set and track short-term and long-term individual goals. Providing support to all Thatcher staff as needed Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process upgrades. Updating business hours and holidays (update RingCentral voicemail and automatic open signs) Manage and monitor departmental budgets, flag variances, and ensure the business operates within financial targets. Enforce operational policies and procedures consistently; update documentation as processes evolve. Ensure adequate staffing levels across all departments, including seasonal planning and coverage.

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and closing service gaps. Oversee inventory accuracy, planning, and reconciliation to ensure adequate stock and minimal shrink. Foster a positive work environment and champion culture-building initiatives across the team. Handle internal staff issues and employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Monitor, evaluate, and review KPIs and individual performance metrics with department leads. Setting yearly review goal as a company and as an individual Act as a buffer between the team and the owners, but realize when to involve them as well
Qualifications:
5+ years of managerial experience Proficient computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with routinely shifting demands High degree of attention to detail Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly Excellent leadership skills Thatcher Pools and Spas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
