Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Overview:
Supervise overnight Front Desk to maintain established operational standards and maximize guest service and profit for the hotel. Assist in working with & training new overnight employees. Make sure the overnight is staffed properly at each hotel.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help make find and maintain staffing levels at all properties Train, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors. Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staff Cover shifts when needed Make schedules for the security team Make any corrections and adjustments that need to be done prior to the desk day Maintain that all files and resets on the systems are updated for the next day's operations—and the dates are changed Make sure audit reports are getting run and distributed to the correct people, Assist Security with any guest issues or disturbances that may arise Ensure all security functions are being done ~~ doors locked, express check outs, hallway checks, noise complaints Any other duties the Front Office Manager or Finance assigns

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School education or equivalent experience preferred Hotel Experience/Customer service Supervisor experience preferred Security experience recommended Valid Driver's License required
Compensation Range:
The compensation for this position is $18.00/hour based on qualifications and experience.
