Job Requirements The Dental Operations Manager (OM) is the accountable business leader for a multi-million-dollar office, responsible for driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a shift from operator to full business owner mindset, with end-to-end ownership of results, team engagement, and customer experience. Role Responsibilities Own total business performance, including KPIs, revenue growth, and customer/patient experience Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and execute clear action plans Lead monthly performance discussions and drive accountability for results Build and sustain a high-performing team through coaching, development, and clear expectations Create a strong leadership culture focused on engagement, development, and bench strength Develop a talent pipeline to support current performance and future growth Drive operational excellence, including scheduling effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and execution of standards Ensure consistency and discipline in day-to-day operations to maximize productivity and service delivery Operate with a business owner mindset, making strategic, data-driven decisions Align team and operations to organizational priorities and long-term growth Work Experience Qualifications 1-2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated ownership of team or business results Proven ability to drive performance through people, process, and data
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or a comparable service-based environment Experience supporting or leading a multi-million-dollar business Success Profile The successful GM acts as a business owner—driving results, building strong teams, and executing with discipline. They lead through coaching, hold themselves and others accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
