Position Overview We are looking for a high-energy, versatile, and customer-obsessed Hotel Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to help us grow. This role is a hybrid of front-of-house guest relations, creative contributions, and hands-on operational support. Whether you're checking in guests with a bright smile, prepping breakfast service, brainstorming creative social media content, or jumping in to help our housekeeping team clean and turn rooms during a busy shift, you are someone who loves variety and takes immense pride in a job well done. Experience Requirements 3+ years in boutique or independent hospitality roles, ideally with titles like Front Office Manager, Guest Experience Manager, or Boutique Hotel AGM. A proven track record of front-line guest service, conflict de-escalation, and driving positive online reviews. Hands-on experience working across multiple hotel departments and proficiency with modern Property Management Systems. Demonstrated success in outbound group sales, lead generation, and closing contracts, with bonus points for familiarity with the Branson market. Experience managing a brand's social media presence, creating engaging content, and responding to online guest feedback.
Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Front Desk:
Welcome guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, provide stellar local recommendations, and ensure every visitor feels like family.
Operations & Hands-On Support:
Pitch in wherever needed to keep the property running smoothly. This explicitly includes assisting the housekeeping team. You will be expected to help clean rooms, strip beds, and prep for check-ins during peak turnover times, as well as assist with property upkeep and guest requests.
Creative Contributions:
Bring fresh ideas to the table! Help shape the guest experience, elevate our retro aesthetic, and contribute to special projects.
Social Media & Marketing:
Capture and post fun, retro-vibe content and help manage our social media presence to attract new travelers and highlight our unique property.
Group Sales & Commissions:
Drive revenue by identifying and closing group booking opportunities, with direct commission incentives to reward your success.
What We're Looking For Flexible Availability:
Hospitality doesn't stop at 5 PM on a Friday. You must be available to work at least one weekend day per week, along with some evening shifts. Fabulous with

Compensation & Perks Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
