Find your calling at Mercy! The Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation Manager serves as the operational strategist and execution partner for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive execution of enterprise initiatives, and ensure accountability across Talent Acquisition functions. The position creates structure, visibility, and alignment across recruiting operations, workforce initiatives, technology strategies, and transformation efforts. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and enterprise stakeholders to improve recruiting effectiveness, streamline hiring and onboarding processes, advance technology adoption, and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track. This is a strategic, systems-oriented role that blends business operations, program management, recruitment operations, workforce intelligence, and disciplined execution.
