Moneta is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wholly focused on going further for our clients. Job SummaryOur Partner team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our team. We seek a selfless leader who is organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and is proficient in people management. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, managing team performance, and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze and improve business processes to achieve partner team goals. Essential ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support professional growth.
Standardize, document, and continuously improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectivenessDelegate tasks and manage workloads to ensuretimelycompletion of deliverables andoptimalresourceutilizationDesign and deliver training programs that address skill gaps and promote career progressionEnhanceteamproductivity by standardizing and documenting efficient work processes and procedures.
Serve as a technology liaison and subject matter expert, supporting teamproficiencyin relevant systems and tools.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectivesRepresent the team inorganizational projects and initiatives, providing strategic input and advocating for team needs.
Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build andmaintaina talented, diverse teamEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practicesDepending on team, this role may alsocultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuringhigh levelsof satisfaction and engagementAdditionalduties may berequired, depending on individual team needs.
